Hi, my name is Carolyn and I have been happily married to David for over 22 years. We have lived in Palmerston North for over 18 years. We have two grown-up children - a son who is currently undertaking a building apprenticeship and a daughter who is in her final year at secondary school.

I have worked in Local Government, the fast-food industry and a national supermarket chain. In all these occupations, dealing with the public in a customer service role has been a big part of my day to day activities. I love meeting new people but more importantly I get great pleasure out of being able to help people.

My leisure time activities include spending time with family and friends, walking, gardening and netball.

Hi, I’m David and I have been happily married to Carolyn for over 22 years. I am a Chartered Professional Engineer and have worked extensively in both Local Government and the consulting industry, on a wide range of public health and infrastructure projects. My interests include family, DIY, helping others, and anything to do with old and classic cars.

I picked up a brochure on the Driving Miss Daisy service whilst sitting in the waiting room of Kenepuru Hospital in Porirua. I was immediately impressed by the service being offered and saw the benefit and potential in being able to bring Driving Miss Daisy to the people of Palmerston North, Feilding and the wider Manawatu area.

With Carolyn on-board the Driving Miss Daisy franchise for Manawatu was purchased and the service is now available for you to experience personally. I will be supporting Carolyn ‘behind the scenes’ assisting with operational aspects of the business, cleaning the car (I get all the good jobs!) and providing relief driving services on a casual basis.
